Data Center/Server Location: Vultr – Dallas Texas (Remote File Access, Backups, and Full Security) – We also back up the server off site for Disaster Recovery options.
Web Site Build: WordPress 6.7.2 running Astra theme.
Web Site Security: Patch Stack – Protected, and Word Fence basic Plugins.
Server, Hardware, Operation System – Updates happen once a month (unless there is an emergency update we need to push before, we will let you know of any changes)
Website, Core, Plugin, Theme – Updates happen twice a week
Contact our team for minor add on’s, changes, updates or questions. We will fully manage the server, website, security, and backups off site, for recovery. This includes 24/7 Support.
Note: Extra Design time – If you need more than a few changes to the website, project hours will be billed at $65 an hour after the initial hour is used up for maintenance, support or other request.
