Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”)

Cloudifi’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines acceptable and prohibited behaviors when using Cloudifi’s network, services, and platforms (collectively referred to as “Services”). These Services include websites, applications, online platforms, products, and any associated resources provided by Cloudifi. All users, customers, and account holders (“You,” “Customers,” or “Users”) who access or purchase our Services agree to comply with this policy and ensure that their end users also follow these guidelines.

We may update this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on our Services. By continuing to use our Services, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of this policy. If you or your end users violate this AUP or assist others in doing so, Cloudifi may suspend or terminate your Services and delete your account without prior notice.

1. Prohibited Content and Activities

Users are prohibited from using Cloudifi’s Services to engage in illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or offensive activities, or to transmit, store, or share any content that falls under these categories. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in activities such as disseminating child exploitation content, promoting fraudulent goods or services, operating Ponzi or pyramid schemes, phishing, pharming, or other deceptive practices.
  • Intellectual Property Violations: Distributing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including unauthorized sharing of copyrighted or proprietary material.
  • Offensive Content: Posting, storing, or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Malware and Harmful Software: Distributing malicious software such as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other content designed to damage or disrupt systems.
  • False or Misleading Information: Misrepresenting identity or affiliations or submitting false information.

2. Email and Messaging Restrictions

You are required to adhere to Cloudifi’s Anti-Spam Policy. Users are strictly prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam), promotions, or advertisements without permission. You may not obscure or falsify sender identities or use Cloudifi’s communication tools to promote unrelated businesses or unauthorized services.

3. Security and Network Integrity

Users must not compromise the security or integrity of any network, system, software, or computing device. Prohibited actions include:

  • Unauthorized access or attempts to breach security protocols.
  • Intercepting or monitoring network traffic without authorization.
  • Forging TCP/IP packet headers, email headers, or message origins.

4. Misuse of Network Resources

Users are prohibited from abusing network resources or engaging in actions that may disrupt or impair Cloudifi’s systems. Examples include:

  • Excessive crawling or monitoring that affects system performance.
  • Launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
  • Running open proxies, mail relays, or recursive DNS servers.
  • Circumventing system restrictions or using resources in a way that interferes with the operations of other users.

5. Compliance and Responsible Use

By using Cloudifi’s Services, you agree to:

  • Adhere to this AUP and Cloudifi’s Terms of Service.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Use the Services in a responsible and professional manner.

6. Monitoring, Investigation, and Enforcement

Cloudifi reserves the right to monitor the use of its Services and investigate potential violations. We may take actions that include but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing and removing violating content.
  • Suspending or terminating Services.
  • Reporting suspicious or illegal activities to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

7. Examples of Prohibited Activities

To clarify, the following are examples of activities strictly prohibited by this AUP:

  • Running unlawful contests, lotteries, or gambling services.
  • Engaging in harassment, defamation, or distributing discriminatory content.
  • Uploading or distributing unauthorized intellectual property.
  • Hosting malicious software or harmful content.
  • Improperly harvesting or collecting user information.
  • Operating TOR exit nodes or engaging in anonymous network services.
  • Conducting unauthorized network scans or probes.
  • Using automated bots in violation of third-party terms of service.
  • Engaging in VoIP-based robocalling.
  • Providing unauthorized DoS/DDoS mitigation services.
  • Mining cryptocurrency using CPU or GPU resources.
  • Misusing IP addresses or manipulating BGP configurations.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please notify us immediately and provide any relevant information to assist us in resolving the issue. To report violations, contact Cloudifi directly.

This policy is designed to protect the integrity of Cloudifi’s Services and ensure a secure, respectful, and lawful environment for all users.
