Remote Support Session Consent & Disclaimer – Using Take Control Remote Applet

By signing below, I acknowledge and consent to the following:

  1. Temporary Access: I authorize Texas Fixer and Cloudifi to initiate a one-time remote support session on my PC/laptop using the Take Control remote applet.
  2. No Permanent Installation: The applet is a temporary program used solely for the duration of the current support session. It does not remain active or provide continued access after the session ends.
  3. Session Termination: Once the session is completed and the technician disconnects, all remote access will automatically be terminated.
  4. Security & Privacy: During the session, the technician may view or interact with system components necessary to diagnose or resolve technical issues. Any sensitive data should be closed or removed prior to session start.
  5. No Ongoing Control: Texas Fixer and Cloudifi will not retain any control, access, or monitoring capability after the session ends.
  6. User Responsibility: I understand I am responsible for any unsaved work and should close confidential files or programs prior to the session.
  7. No Liability: I release Texas Fixer and Cloudifi and its technicians from liability for issues unrelated to the services rendered during this session.
